We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing a Cash on Delivery (COD) order.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Damaged or Wrong Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

COD Orders

  • For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI within 5–7 business days after the return is received and inspected.
  • COD convenience charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging will not be accepted.
